We will help you from start to finish. We guide you along the way to make decisions and to assist your wedding planning, including event design, help you with your guest list, invitations, RSVPs, day-of timelines, floor plans, and on-site management. Create a budget ( sticking to it), hire vendors, negotiate and coordinating your ceremony rehearsal and events the day- of the wedding. We work closely together to bring your vision to reality. Wedding Coordination
A wedding coordination is for couples who want to plan their own wedding but might have a few questions along the way and need someone to execute their plans the day-of their wedding. This is unique package as we make a 10 months commitment to every couple where we guide along the process to ensure the best results. As a day-of wedding coordinator, we are responsible to overseeing vendors, managing the timeline, and overcoming any last-minute challenges during the event. We work closely with the couple weeks before the wedding day, and we have several meetings where we discuss the details of the wedding day, get a clear picture of the couple's expectations, and create the day of the wedding timeline and timelines of other vendors.
Wedding Florals & Event Decoration
As an Event stylist we plan the aesthetic and atmosphere of the event. While working closely with you to create a theme, plan the decor, and ensure that everything is in its place. We work on all elements of the space, including the colors, the lighting, and other things that bring the design together. We also work with the vendors, the event planners, and other people that play a role in getting a venue together for the wedding day.
